Just Training Solutions, LLC was created by Ed Mitnick, a professional legal trainer, investigator, and experienced labor and employment attorney. Through Just Training Solutions, Ed has provided countless training and consulting services to employers on harassment, discrimination, diversity, and other labor and employment related issues. His trainings are not only comprehensive and effective, but highly entertaining!

Ed has also performed numerous investigations for employers on many highly sensitive and serious misconduct and compliance issues. His training and investigation skills are complemented by his over twenty-five years of experience as an attorney in both the public and private sectors.

Notably, Ed has represented employers and individuals in numerous labor and employment matters including negotiations, arbitrations, mediations, and legal actions in Federal and State Courts. He was employed as a hearing officer for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) and as City Solicitor for the City of Holyoke, MA. Additionally, he has worked as a training consultant for both the Philadelphia firm of Morgan, Lewis and Bockius, and the Chicago firm of Seyfarth Shaw. Ed also taught at Western New England College School of Law.

In addition to his consulting business, Ed serves as Of Counsel to the Massachusetts law firm of Brodeur McGan, PC.
